About The Nifty Fix Inspections

Owner Chris Carper, has over 30 years experience in finding solutions. From managing his own rentals at twenty-two, flipping homes, to building and remodeling large residential projects. Chris is the guy with many wheel houses. He has a unique gift of finding needs within his expertise and creating a sustainable system to solve the problems. 

The Nifty Fix Inspections LLC was formed in 2021, when Chris was approached to create a system by which to schedule, inspect and create reports for 1400 properties under management. This led him to co-ordinating the maintenance team repairs for the same company. The system he created is now available to you.
